All participants must register, complete a HFAP waiver form, and pay the park entry fee at the Hidden Falls Adventure Park HQ.  To expedite your park registration, go to their website and complete a waiver online. Cost for Driver: $100; $50 for each passenger (max 3)
Participants must  be 18 years or older

Friday, November 7th

12pm - 7pm: Check-in at the Pavilion and Vendor Expo

Saturday, November 8th

8am-9am: Lite Breakfast, Check-in at the Pavilion, Vendor Expo, Meet the Owners

9am - 9:30am: Safety Briefing and Radio Channel Assignments

9:30am - 9:55am: Trail Run Assembly

10am - 12pm: Guided Trail Runs

12pm - 1:30pm: Lunch and Vendor Expo

1:30pm - 1:55pm: Trail Run Assembly

2pm - 4pm: Guided Trail Runs

4pm - 6pm: Vendor Expo & Free Time

6pm - 8pm: Dinner and Raffle

Sunday, November 9th

9am - 11am: Guided Trail Runs or Depart at your leisure
